Ovation publisher, Dele Momodu shared this photo on instagram, saying it was a photo he took of a refurbished school by Rotimi Amechi while he was governor of the state.
He wrote “This was the standard of Primary schools in Rivers under Governor Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi…”
