Nigerian midfielder, John Ogu gave Hapoel Beer Sheva fans a double dose of excitement on Saturday, October 3, 2015 as he proposed to his girlfriend seconds after his club defeated Maccabi Petah Tikva 5-2 at home.
The lanky star had his girlfriend, Adaolisa brought unto the field of play immediately the referee blew the final whistle and while the confused lady was still trying to figure out what was happening, the 27-year-old went down on one knee asking for her hand in marriage. This threw the packed stadium into excitement as a thunderous applause rented the air.
