 According to reports reaching us, President Jonathan may have gotten a gift in form of a $200k golden watch from Senate President, David Mark.

 The all 24K customized gold watch is valued at $200, 000 which at the current exchange rate is N39,810,000. The gold watch is inscribed with ‘750 N (North) 34379′ at the very bottom and a ‘Special Edition 2010′ on the top. Around the round face of the time piece, “Presented by Senator David Mark GCON,” and to “H.E. Goodluck Ebele Jonathan” are etched into the gold above and below the glass panel respectively.

In the glass panel, the Nigerian Coat of Arms is very prominent with the words “President of the Senate” and “Federal Republic of Nigeria” are printed above and below the coat of arms.
