Veteran Theater artiste, Femi Robinson is dead. He shot into the limelight with the Ambassador Segun Olusola-produced Village Headmaster as Ife Araba, the no nonsense headmaster of the village school in Oja.

Femi Robinson was one man who was very passionate about arts and culture. Despite his studying Botany at the then University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) in the 60s, his incursion into acting started with the role of Odewale in Ola Rotimi’s ‘The gods are not to blame’.
He is also known for his role as the headmaster in the series, Village Headmaster on Nigerian Television Authority (NTA).
The late Femi who’s one of the lead casts in the rested popular television series, the Village Headmaster, had been in and out of hospital in the last three months.

Robinson, an ally of the murdered PDP stalwart, Eng. Funso Williams, also came out strongly in support of Mr. Jimi Agbaje for governor of Lagos State during the April 11, 2015 nationwide elections.
He served in the publicity and strategy committee of the Jimi Agbaje Campaign.
He was aged 75. May his soul rest in peace.
