LAW PASSED: All HIV People To Be Marked Near Their Genitals... READ HERE

President Jacob Zuma has signed a bill that seem to be the greatest
step in the history of trying to combat HIV. From now on every person
who gets tested and found to be HIV positive will not only be subject
to counselling and medication. They would also get mark in form of a
tatoo near their genitals according to the bill signed by the
President today.

The mark is to protect those who cant say no to sex. I mean if you
cant read between the line you would read between the legs because
thats where the status will be tatted. The choice to be HIV is now in
your hands and your genitals for that matter.

We also encourage those who has been living with the virus to visit
their nearest public hospitals to get their status tatted, said
President Zuma after signing the bill and drinking his ARV’s
