This is some sad news. Twin sister of popular gospel singer Kenny K'ore (who was a member of Infinity) has had his sister, Taiwo Oluwatoyin Akinbode kidnapped in Port Hracourt.
On Friday, April 16, 2015, she travelled to Port-Harcourt in Rivers State in search of a job. Unfortunately it was a plan by the kidnappers which worked. The gang of kidnappers are now demanding for N5m as her ransom.
According to reports, after being kidnapped her phones went silent. The phone came on was when the kidnappers called her brother and demanded for the ransom. During these phone calls, Taiwo could be heard screaming for help as she was being tortured.
The family has reported to the relevant authorities but nothing positive has come out from their investigations.
The Akinbode family is now reaching out to the public for relevant information that can help in the rescue of its daughter.
