The president-elect, Muhammadu Buhari, will today, Wednesday, give an address to the senator-elects and House of Representatives member-elects.

According to the Nigerian Herald this was confirmed by the director of media and publicity of the APC presidential campaign, Mallam Garba Shehu,
He further said that Buhari would today (Wednesday), formally inaugurate his transition committee to liaise with the team of the outgoing President Jonathan.
He said, “Yes, the President-elect will inaugurate his transition committee tomorrow (today). He is scheduled to meet with the elected members of the party in the House of Representatives and will also receive visiting dignitaries as usual.”
Meanwhile, the summit of the group of seven industrialized countries in the world, popularly known as the G-7, has invited Muhammadu Buhari to attend the next meeting scheduled to take place in Berlin, Germany, on May 8 and 9.
