The manager shared a picture of the meal captioning it, ‘I’m sorry I can’t afford that Birkin 2015 bag yet, but I can improvise with The Chef Billz Grilled Salmon alongside Spinach, Asparagus and Pasta Alfredo…Lol #ChefBillz
