President Muhammadu Buhari of Nigeria has rejected the plans to buy five new armoured Mercedes-Benz S-600 (V222) cars (see report HERE) for his use.
The cars were to gulp N400 million (over $2 million) but President Buhari (read all about him HERE) turned down the offer.
