Yay! Richard Mofe Damijo (RDM) is fifty-four years old today.
Anglican Grammar School and was a member of the Drama Club. He enrolled into the University of Benin to continue his education and studied Theatre Arts.
RMD rose to stardom when he starred in Check Mate where he played the role of the playboy Segun
Kadiri. He also took part in a television soap opera in the late 80′s called Ripples.
He worked as a reporter for Concord Newspapers and Metro Magazine and won the Best Actor in a Leading Role at the maiden edition of the African Movie Academy Awards.
Mofe-Damijo is currently the Commissioner for Culture and Tourism in Delta State, Nigeria.
