Naked Mad Man On Abuja Streets With Three Kids Raises Eyebrows.Pictured above is an unidentified man spotted around the Federal Secretariat In Abuja with three boys suspected to be his children on Wednesday.
According to eyewitnesses, the mentally unstable man has been living on the streets of Abuja since late May. Before the above episode, he was previously spotted wearing worn out blue boxer.

Hope FCT officials can come to his rescue before he puts those innocent boys in danger.
One can only wonder what happened to their mother. Let’s hope he is not a kidnapper.
